IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE

We have all been there before - you take a Hit and then are trying to check to see if it was a bounce or a break.  You, or worse yet, the shooter call for a "Paint Check" to verify.  Your position is advertised, the ref often gets hit, and the allegations of "wiping" begin.  We all know "wipers".

I have changed my personal HONOR CODE for Paintball.

If I get hit - you feel it (yes, they do "sting" a little) - I call MYSELF OUT.

1. The shooter had a good shot, period.  It hit me.  That is our objective.

2. No disputes on "wiping" - instead respect for calling it yourself.

3. Limits overshooting.  One HIT and he's out!  If he's honorable.

4. And the ref's can focus on those I did not feel or see - (pod packs, hoppers) without getting into the fray!

TRY IT - EARN RESPECT!
